Refund policy

At Coccodrillo, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience backed by over a decade of expertise in e-commerce and logistics. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our menswear and fashion products.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partners for delivery, it cannot be canceled. You must follow the return process after the item is delivered.
Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility Window: Customers may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
Product Condition: To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all Coccodrillo tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain fashion accessories or innerwear may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
3. Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility in Kollam, Kerala, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method (e.g., Razorpay or HDFC Bank account) within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at jingu@coccodrillo.in with photographic evidence.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, for any verified defective merchandise.
