At Coccodrillo, our 11 years of experience in global logistics and last-mile delivery ensure that your order is handled with the highest level of professionalism and care. We leverage our expertise to ensure your premium menswear reaches you swiftly and securely.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer various shipping tiers to meet your needs. Delivery timelines depend on your location from our hub in Kollam, Kerala:
Within Kerala: 2–3 business days.
Metro Cities (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, etc.): 4–6 business days.
Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
International Shipping: Timelines vary by destination and are facilitated via our Import Export Code (IEC).
3. Shipping Partners
We partner with leading domestic and international courier services to ensure reliable last-mile delivery. While we operate from our business address in Kollam, our logistics network is designed for nationwide reach.
4. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Coccodrillo ships to addresses within India and select international locations; however, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes for security reasons. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Coccodrillo is GST registered, and all applicable domestic taxes are included in your final checkout price.
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country.
6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at jingu@coccodrillo.in immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
